Job overview The Medical Education Undergraduate Team supports 3rd, 4th and 5th year Undergraduate Medical Students from the University of Liverpool and Years 1-4 from the University of Chester in developing timetables in line with university curricula, and in providing day to day support and supervision for undergraduate medical students whilst students are on placement at the Trust. The Undergraduate Support Administrator will provide a range of administrative support to the Medical Education Undergraduate Team for the University of Liverpool assisting in the development and the delivery of high-quality educational programmes for undergraduate medical students, in line with the contractual requirements set out by the University of Liverpool. The postholder will support the Undergraduate Sub Dean and Undergraduate Administrators for the University of Liverpool to delivery of high-quality training for medical students. Advert Assist Undergraduate (UG) coordinators with the development facilitation and delivery of induction programmes for Medical Student on placement WHH. Monitor, track and record student attendance Responsible for creating, and developing in-house spreadsheets and databases and assisting with the input of timetable activities of the UG medical education programme. Attend and support internal and external meetings and any relevant working groups for Administrators, either with or on behalf of the UG Administrators Assist with annual Medical Students AFL Exams To assist with the day-to-day running for the UG workstreams for the University of Liverpool (UoL) working collaboratively with the UG Administrators. Track attendance and collate evaluative feedback from placements or teaching sessions. Work closely with all levels of clinical staff including collaboration with the Clinical Skills Team to support facilitation. Support and signpost students regarding pastoral care and in the absence of UG Administrators provide a first point of contact for any students requiring help or advice with regards to any academic/person/health related problems. Attend and assist with any student meetings, taking and transcribing formal minutes and updating action log Support with the maintenance of the database for clinical supervisors to assist UG Administrators with their regular communications.
