Receptionist Permanent Altrincham (town Centre) c£26,000
Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm who are fast becoming one of the UK’s Consultancies for business needs. Working in their recently renovated offices, they are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who can join their team as the Receptionist and “first-face” of the office.

Duties:
* Based on a stunning, newly renovated front of house – absolutely beautiful environment.
* Maintaining the front of house function
* Managing meeting rooms, booking out spaces and setting up meetings
* Greeting all visitors, providing refreshments
* Ordering office consumables, monitoring stock levels and assessing needs of the office
* Working alongside other departments to coordinate internal events
* Carrying out ad hoc tasks for internal departments
Experience required:
You will ideally have experience working in a front of house role within a professional services environment where you have remained highly organised. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to use your own initiative to enhance colleague and visitor experiences in the office.
