We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Whatton, a category C men's Prison located near Bingham in Nottinghamshire.
Hours
The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm.
This position is full time, and you'll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis, and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Main duties of the job
* Working with team members to assess the needs of patients and evaluate risks accordingly.
* Providing evidence-based care to a caseload of psychosocial patients, engaging with them to tailor care based on their feedback.
* Delivering psychosocial interventions and providing information and advice on substance misuse concerns.
* Developing and applying new skills to enhance clinical service delivery.
