This Primary School in the BS34 area is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work 37 hours per week starting from June.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early years team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 0–5, supporting their development in line with the EYFS framework. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, monitoring progress through observations and assessments, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate will have a lively, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills.

* Hold a relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 in Early Years Education).
* Demonstrate a warm, nurturing, and patient approach with children.
* Understand child development and use this knowledge to plan age-appropriate activities.
* Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and prioritize child welfare.
* Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning.
