Job Summary As our IT Support Engineer, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining our organisation’s computer systems and networks. You’ll be delivering a mix of 1 st /2 nd line support to our colleagues with the opportunity to be involved smaller deployments/projects. Responsibilities Rel ationships – build great relationships with your team and wider colleagues. Frontline Support and troubleshooting of all IT s ystems & operations i ncluding : Networks ( WAN, LAN, Wireless) Windows Server Hyper-V Windows 11 Laptops and Desktops Active Directory, EntraID and MFA Microsoft Defender security products Print ers and Handheld Scanners MDM and MAM platforms Web and DNS Filters Performance – W orking inside the KPIs / OKRs defined the Head of IT. Support delivery – P rovide onsite and remote support to all colleagues in the business. Team Work – You’ll coordinate with cross - functional teams for major and complex incidents. Process – You’ll work in line with ITIL and ISO27001 processes defined by the Head of IT. Security – Help foster a culture of security and be an advocate of Zero Trust. Asset s – You’ll help maintain the IT asset register on a day-to-day basis. Continual improvement – Keep up to date with the latest technology and support change. Required Skills or Training U nderstanding for Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy. U nders tanding of 365, Entra and Azure. MD102, MS102, MS900 and or demonstrable experience. Experience of multi-site infrastructure desirable. Knowledge /Awareness of Cyber Security would be advantageous. Excellent listening, questioning and interpersonal skills Awareness of Networking is useful but not essential.
