Sounds great, what will I be doing?
A Waking Nights Recovery Worker at Hestia supports individuals overnight, focusing on mental health recovery, safety, and promoting independence. Their role involves empowering service users to manage their health, achieve personal goals, and avoid hospital readmissions through person-centered, recovery-based support. They collaborate with partner agencies, encourage participation in activities and skills development, maintain accurate records, respond to concerns appropriately, and ensure the smooth running of the service in line with established procedures and policies.
