What You'll Be Doing As Assistant Manager
* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful retail store
* Help recruit, train and motivate a brand-new team
* Lead by example to deliver excellent service and drive store performance
* Oversee key areas of retail operations including stock control, store standards and compliance
* Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
* Ensure the team is engaged, focused and passionate about delivering results
* Bring energy, ideas and a hands-on approach to a busy retail environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a customer-focused retail environment
* A proven track record of supporting sales, service and people management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to lead a team
* Passion for delivering great customer service and achieving targets
* Experience in new store openings is a bonus, but not essential
