Job Title: IFA Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-respected firm in Maidenhead.. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting two principal advisers and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
IFA Administrator key responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to two Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
2. Utilise back office systems and workflows (Intelliflo)
3. Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
4. Processing of new business
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
6. Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
IFA Administrator role requirements:
7. Exposure to Financial Services administration (min 3 years) is essential
8. Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry
9. Knowledge of using a CRM (Intelliflo)
10. Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning
