We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Co-ordinator to join a leading Civil Engineering consultancy based in Bristol / Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Assistant or Office Assistant with a finance background looking to support the Managing Director and contribute to smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Managing Director and senior management team. Assist engineering teams with daily business operations. Manage company accreditations, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), and support internal and external audits. Oversee company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and currency. Prepare and present business performance reports (financial and operational) to Directors. Manage onboarding of new starters and coordinate exit procedures for leavers. Support business development initiatives as required Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, procurement, quoting, and data collection for PQQs and accreditations. Coordinate the flow of information for the annual Research & Development Tax Relief process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external clients and suppliers. Support marketing and PR activities as necessary. Arrange travel and accommodation bookings as required.
