We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in the construction industry to join our team as a Technician/Instructor in Trowel Occupations. This is a great opportunity to pass on your knowledge to the next generation of tradespeople while working in a supportive and professional environment. ♂️ What You’ll Need: A Level 1 or 2 qualification in a relevant trade (bricklaying, plastering, painting, etc.) Recent, real-world experience working on-site or in the construction industry Confidence working across brick, plaster, and paint environments Ability to plan and prepare practical tasks and demonstrations Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude Willingness to learn and pick up new skills Physically able to move and handle tools, materials, and equipment Flexible with working hours (some evenings/weekends may be required) A full UK driving licence What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting tutors and supervising learners in workshops and practical sessions Giving learners guidance before and during their course Planning and delivering hands-on activities that meet industry standards Keeping track of attendance and learner progress Helping shape and improve the curriculum with your industry insight Getting involved in open days and recruitment events Maintaining and setting up tools, materials, and workshop spaces Carrying out safety checks and making sure health & safety rules are followed Demonstrating techniques and best practices to learners Helping with ordering tools, materials, and supplies Join us and help build the future of the construction industry—one learner at a time.
