This SEN TA role begins in January 2026, with pre-start induction and training carried out before January 2026 to ensure the SEN TA is fully prepared. The SEN TA will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support, assist pupils in accessing their learning and promote positive behaviour. As a SEN TA in Barking, you will help pupils build confidence, independence and resilience.
