This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Client Legal Secretary located in Bridport. The Private Client Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with legal procedures, managing diaries, and performing clerical tasks. Daily tasks will include supporting the legal team with various administrative duties, handling confidential information with discretion, and ensuring that all legal documents are accurately prepared and filed.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and Legal Assistants experience
* Skills in Legal Document Preparation
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Diary Management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the legal team
* Experience with legal software is a plus**
