Job Purpose
The Multi-Service Manager will provide effective leadership, working with external partners and linked providers and being responsible for all aspects of the Anchorage services' day-to-day operations. You will support young people aged 18-30 living in supported accommodation in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and surrounding areas, including our Pottergate service in Norwich, with their journey to independence and providing a safe, secure place to call home.
The Multi-Service Manager will ensure the delivery of supported housing service is in line with targets, contract and funder requirements whilst achieving high quality and positive outcomes for service users.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience of managing supported accommodation
* Understanding of relevant housing and benefits legislation
* Ability to communicate operationally and strategically with colleagues, external agencies, and young people both verbally and in writing, conducting yourself in a professional manner and maintaining rules of confidentiality
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team and conducting performance reviews for staff
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
