As a Maintenance Manager in our Leisure team, you will be required to provide diverse professional services to ensure that the facilities are always fully Statutory and Contract Compliant.
You will review utility data and analyze it to reduce energy consumption, optimize green energy systems, and maintain building fabric for efficiency.
You’ll be entrusted to:
* Analyze site energy consumption and implement improvement plans.
* Support project management of capital works contracts.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
* Plan preventative maintenance for the future.
* Lead the Leisure Energy Management System initiatives to reduce consumption and carbon footprint without affecting customer experience.
* Manage energy data via Automatic Monitoring & Targeting and platforms like SystemsLink and IMServ.
* Maintain ISO 50001:2018 certification in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Work with Contract Managers and operational staff on energy reduction initiatives.
* Report on energy management performance against targets.
* Identify energy management opportunities through innovation and funding schemes.
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in Leisure or similar sectors, with knowledge of health, safety, and statutory regulations.
* Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and equipment regulations.
* Understanding of quality procedures and ISO 50001 EnMS.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, and control strategies.
* Experience conducting energy audits.
* Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
* Preferably experience with pool plant operation and SFG 20 maintenance strategies.
* Relevant technical qualifications in building maintenance and energy.
