We are proud to be working with a fantastic charity in Oxford, to recruit a Handy Person to join their Property & Maintenance team.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be assisting with any planned or emergency maintenance requests from a collection of properties in Oxfordshire. A company van and tools will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform basic plumbing, electrical or carpentry maintenance in properties
2. Respond quickly to any planned or reactive maintenance requests
3. Conduct inspections of properties and refer any major works to the Property Manager to organise contractors
4. Provide grounds maintenance support, including gardening and landscaping
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance
6. Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Experience required:
1. Experience in general maintenance or plumbing/ electrical/ carpentry experience
2. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with tenants
3. UK driving license (manual)
