HRGO are recruiting for a Temp receptionist to support our client in Canterbury.
The role starts immediately and will last for 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients with a positive and helpful attitude.
* Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
* Direct visitors and clients upon arrival, ensuring they are guided to the appropriate person or department.
* Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
