Responsibilities
1. Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyse, and forecast financial and other key business success metrics
2. Financial reporting, analysis and ad hoc support for global business units
3. Produce financial reporting packs for European board meetings
4. Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives
5. Proactively search out ways to improve and streamline processes
Qualifications
6. Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance Preferred
7. Degree in accounting or finance / qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent) / studying towards accountancy qualifications preferred.
8. Excellent analytical,munication (oral and written) and presentation skills
9. Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organisation
10. Strong motivation, high-level of energy and problem-solving skills
11. Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through
12. Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
13. Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus
