Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Ensure all shifts, holidays, sickness and absences are covered by efficiently rostering core and relief officers Be the first point of contact for all security staff, helping them with their queries out of hours. Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety and quality management. Adherence to internal and external audit standards Ensure that all operational issues are managed effectively and escalated as necessary through the Duty Manager escalation procedures Assisting the Branch team updating Operational documentation Out of Hours scheduling Updating the officers’ diaries using the electronic system Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
