Transport Administrator – Bristol
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 | Saturday mornings available for overtime

Join a busy team in Bristol as a proactive Transport Administrator where no two days are the same. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, a “can-do” attitude, and a willingness to be an all-rounder, from answering phones to managing collection points.

What you’ll be doing:
6. Managing daily transport schedules and collection point coordination
7. Answering calls and delivering excellent customer service
8. Inputting and updating transport records using computer systems
9. Supporting the team with general administrative duties
10. Liaising with drivers and external partners to ensure smooth operations
What we’re looking for:
11. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and data entry essential)
12. Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
13. Willingness to help with collection point tasks
14. Reliable, organised, able to work independently and as part of a team
15. Flexibility to work Saturday mornings for overtime
