About Lumon

Lumon is a leading foreign currency exchange and international payments company that enables effortless overseas payments and corporate currency risk management by bringing together people, technology, and expertise.

Within the Corporate division, we help companies expand their global operations—whether that involves paying international suppliers and staff, receiving funds from overseas clients, or managing currency risk in their balance sheets.

As part of our Private division, we support individuals in completing complex overseas property transactions seamlessly through a combination of great value, exceptional service, and deep expertise in foreign exchange markets.

Backed by Pollen Street Capital, a leading UK private equity fund, Lumon is achieving high revenue and profit growth with an ambitious vision: to build the world’s most trusted currency partner. We believe that helping people and companies achieve their goals is far more valuable than simply moving their money.

* Manage content investment, including freelance resources.

* Ideate and provide messaging and creative direction for marketing campaigns.

* Build content strategies aligned to campaign goals—goal first, channel second.

* Conduct planning and research, bringing in the right expertise to generate engaging ideas.

* Partner with stakeholders across front‑office revenue teams, compliance, technology, and marketing to ensure content aligns with business goals.

* Experiment with AI tools to scale content creation efficiently and coach the team in their use.

* Act as the internal content champion, ensuring all output is on brand, accurate, and high quality.

* Maintain consistency of tone of voice and positioning across all content formats—from whitepapers to social posts.

* 3+ years’ experience in marketing content.

* Previous experience in financial services—ideally FX.

* Proven ability to put the customer at the heart of data‑driven decision‑making and weekly commercial optimisation.

* Commercially savvy with a strong bias for action.
