As Production Engineering Manager, you'll be accountable for the leadership of SEA's production engineering team, ensuring that manufacturing processes and equipment are safe, efficient, controlled and capable of delivering on quality, time, and cost. Production Engineering Manager will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week. The salary for this role is up to £70k, depending on experience. What you’ll be doing Leadership of Production Engineering -Responsible for ensuring people, processes and tools are appropriately aligned to our strategic objectives, supporting completion of SEA’s product development and project delivery activities championing Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost (SQDC Production Engineering Execution - Ownership of CAPEX budgets and project plans to enhance production layout, capacity and capability. Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement - champion improvements across all production areas and support root cause investigations.
