Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Driver to join our VW Commercial Dealership in Coventry. This is a Zero Hours Contract Role, working hours are agreed on a weekly basic to cover customer demand Monday to Friday.
We require a professional and well-presented individual to support our Rental department in the collection and delivery of vehicles. This role would ideally suit somebody that has a passion for customer service and interaction with others. The successful candidate will be a competent and confident driver with excellent customer service skills.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Delivering vehicles to customers’ home or work premises
2. Providing a professional and courteous hand-over to the customer
3. Taking receipt for the collection of payments from customers where required
4. Fuelling demonstration and display cars
5. Chauffeuring company personnel or customers when required
6. Any other ad hoc/administrative duties
About you
7. A reliable and well-presented individual
8. A full, clean, valid UK driving licence
9. Confidence when dealing with customers
10. A good knowledge of the local area
11. Excellent customer service skills
