Senior Process Engineer12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working AvailableAre you a Process Engineer who can confidently lead process design activities independently?Do you have experience delivering process engineering solutions within highly regulated industries?Are you looking for a long-term contract where you can make a real impact from day one?What's in it for you?£45 per hour (outside IR35)12-month contractHybrid working arrangements availableOpportunity to work on a major engineering project within a highly regulated environmentThe chance to take ownership of critical process engineering activities with a high level of autonomyWhat will you be doing?Delivering process engineering and design activities across the full project lifecycleProducing and reviewing key process deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations and technical specificationsDeveloping process design solutions that meet project requirements and relevant industry standardsProviding technical input into design reviews, HAZOPs and other safety assessmentsWorking closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholdersTaking ownership of process engineering activities and delivering work autonomously with minimal supervisionWhere you'll be doing it?You'll be joining an engineering team delivering complex projects within a highly regulated sector. This role requires an experienced engineer who can work independently, providing process engineering expertise without the support of a wider Process Engineering team.What you'll need:Proven experience as a Senior Process Engineer within the nuclear industry or another highly regulated sectorThe ability to complete process design activities independently and confidentlyExperience producing process engineering deliverables with minimal oversightStrong understanding of process safety principles and participation in HAZOP studiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teamsA self-sufficient approach with the confidence to take ownership of technical decisions and deliverablesWe appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
