Overview
The Shift Manager will be responsible for site operations and related support functions in terms of Health & Safety, people, quality, production efficiency and costs, for the duration of the shift.
Base pay range
39 Hrs per week - Shifts - 4 on 4 off, 7 - 7, 12 hours - after 7 rotations, 18 days off

Responsibilities
* Oversee site operations during the shift, including health & safety, people, quality, production efficiency and cost control
Qualifications
* Glass manufacturing knowledge is essential
* Engineering qualification or degree is desirable but not essential
* Background in team leadership roles within FMCG environment (multi departments, manufacturing processes)
* Experience managing a high volume manufacturing process including production lines and people where quality/consistency was critical
* Proven record in people performance management with evidence of building, managing & motivating successful teams on a large scale, shift working operation
