We're working in partnership with a leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in Maidenhead. With a reputation for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, they're expanding their operations and looking for a talented individual to help manage and coordinate their growing portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of AV/VC projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics across multiple installations
Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
Assist with procurement and equipment tracking
Monitor project budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standardsCandidate Profile
Previous experience in project coordination or administration (AV/IT/Construction sectors preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, (url removed), or similar)
Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Knowledge of AV or VC technologies (desirable but not essential)What's on Offer
