About NUMA
NUMA is London’s leading Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Clinic, featuring eight custom-built medical-grade mono-chambers. Led by Dr. Nur Ozyilmaz, we are a fast-growing private clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced HBOT treatments.

* Operating HBOT chambers (comprehensive training provided).
* Maintaining a clean, professional, and calm clinic environment.
* Handling patient queries with confidence and compassion.
* Managing day-to-day admin tasks using Microsoft Office and our booking systems.
* Working collaboratively with the NUMA team in a fast-paced setting.

* Passion for patient care – a genuine interest in health, well-being, and making a positive difference.
* Customer-focused mindset – you thrive in a people-first environment.
* Confident communicator – comfortable with face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
* Organised & adaptable – detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
* Team player – supportive, collaborative, and willing to learn.
This role is ideal for someone looking for career progression as NUMA continues to expand and you gain experience.
