In This Role You Will Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with significant organisational and system-wide implications, requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship management skills. Have end-to-end responsibility for programme lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with strategic workforce objectives. Operate as a delivery enabler to others providing expertise, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring programme/project success through collaboration, innovation, and robust governance processes Please note that the interviews for this role will be held on Friday 29th August, there are no alternative dates available. Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems Support organisations to adopt new ways of working, which align with local/national best practice and long-term strategic development, including the creation of Service Level Agreements, Contracts and Business Cases to support this. Acts as a point of contact for Programme and Project management knowledge and skills Setting, tracking and reporting on Programme budgets, forecasts and actual costs/revenue Develop detailed programme plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations Develop appropriate business cases, aligned to programme lifecycle Manage programme execution, monitor progress, and address challenges to ensure successful delivery Ensure that programmes adhere to established budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with stakeholders Lead on individual programmes throughout the entire lifecycle Develop and lead on stakeholder mapping and communications and engagement plans Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior executives, department heads, and frontline staff Lead stakeholders through collaborative working and the principles of co-design, including workshop facilitation Engage with key stakeholders to gather input, solicit feedback, and address concerns, ensuring buy-in and support for transformation initiatives Royal Surrey is a compassionate and collaborative acute and community Trust.
