Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration? Our client are seeking an Administrator to join their fun and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain and update filing systems, keeping track of important documents
* Assist in ordering stock and supplies
* Perform general office administration duties, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in administration is preferred
Hours are 8am - 4.30pm.
