Compliance and Risk Management: Take on the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, effectively managing operational risks. Data Protection Officer take on the role of ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations, safeguarding individuals' privacy rights and promoting a culture of data protection within the organisation. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of company strategic plans, aligning operational goals with overall business objectives. Financial Management: TBC Marketing Strategy: Develop, budget and implement marketing strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse operational data, and prepare regular reports for the executive team, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Innovation: Drive a culture of innovation within the organisation, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational processes. Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach in all operational activities, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction Experience: Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably within a lending or banking environment. Strong understanding of bridging lending operations, regulations, and market trends. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
