The Opportunity
As a Real Estate Associate, you'll play a key role in one of the firm's fastest-growing teams. The Health Real Estate division offers a rich mix of challenging and rewarding work, with direct client contact and responsibility from day one.
You'll advise on a broad scope of property matters for clients in the public and independent healthcare sectors. This includes:
1. Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters
2. Title investigations and reporting
3. Supporting academy conversions through conveyancing work
4. Drafting Deeds of Easement, Licences, Tenancy at Will
5. Collaborating with the wider commercial team on innovative NHS contracting projects
You'll also benefit from hands-on mentoring, access to senior leaders, and the chance to travel for client work and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
6. UK-qualified Real Estate Solicitor (1+ PQE)
7. Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
8. Experience with health sector clients is a bonus, but not essential
9. A proactive, ambitious mindset and a desire to grow within a leading firm
