NS £25,989 to £26,403 per annum, pay award pending
We are now recruiting for a Housing Services Coordinator to deliver high quality administrative support to the Housing Services Business Unit.
You will have experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, with an ability to work intuitively to the needs of the Business Unit. Housing Services is the key link between landlord and tenant, and relies on excellent record keeping, data management and resource management.
As a Coordinator you will also be responsible for sustaining existing schemes and projects whilst maintaining and securing external partner relationships. You will have demonstrable experience in supplying accurate data for the generation of reports, whilst complying with GDPR.
