Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
* Work with fresh ingredients, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
* Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
* Contribute to daily prep and kitchen cleanliness.
* Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
What We're Looking For:
-Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment.
* Passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking.
* A positive, team-focused attitude.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
