At M & C Home Care Limited (trading as Charnwood Community Care), we provide high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to individuals within our local community. We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Care & Support Assistant to join our growing team.
Important Information

Applicants must:
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Have access to their own vehicle.
* Have the right to work in the UK.

Pay & Benefits
* £13.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
* £14.00 per hour – Weekends
* £0.45 per mile mileage allowance
* Travel time paid at National Minimum Wage between calls.

Working Pattern
* Minimum 30 hours per week
* 5 days out of 7 (including alternate weekends)
* Shift times:
* 07:00 – 15:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
The Role
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will:
* Support individuals in their own homes with personal care.
* Assist with medication (following training and policy)
* Support with meal preparation and nutrition.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
* Maintain accurate care records.
* Follow care plans and risk assessments.
* Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards

* Experience preferred but full training provided.
