Key responsibilities of the EYFS Teaching Assistant:
* Deliver 1:1 support to Early Years Foundation Stage students, focusing on their progress and attainment
* Follow and adapt the curriculum effectively in collaboration with teaching staff
* Confidently manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Communicate clearly and positively with parents and colleagues
* Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach in all tasks
* Support students in a nurturing and inclusive environment
What we are looking for in an EYFS Teaching Assistant:
* A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
* Strong confidence in behaviour management and supporting SEND pupils
* Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
* Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
* Desire to pursue a career in Teacher Training or further education
* Flexible, adaptive, and proactive approach
