SEN Teaching Assistant - Cranleigh
We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
This role involves:
* Providing tailored one-to-one support
* Supporting small intervention groups
* Assisting teachers with structured learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience supporting children in a school setting
* Excellent communication skills
* A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
* DBS clearance or willingness to apply
