Responsibilities
* Product Development: Contribute to the development of Barocal’s product from prototype onward.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to integrate product features seamlessly.
* Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance metrics.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to inform product features and ensure competitiveness.
* Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from a top‑tier university. A PhD is a plus.
* Experience: 3+ years in product development, preferably within the HVAC, automotive, or energy sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
