The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts across south London and the southern regions (Kent, Sussex, Surrey). You will manage multiple client relationships and a team of 5–8 managers and their teams. This is a role that requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support regional teams delivering (mainly) cleaning services
* Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead on recruitment, training, and development
* Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and budget management
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
* Drive service improvements and identify efficiency opportunities
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a senior management role within FM, Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance
* Previous experience working with Housing Associations (preferred)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* BICS or BALI certification (advantageous)
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
* Self-motivated, highly organised, and results-driven
* Residing within or close to the M23 corridor (preferred)
