Born on South Molton Street, London in 1971, Molton Brown is a leading global brand in Kao’s cosmetics portfolio. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as temporary Seasonal Sales Consultants in our Bromley store from November to the end of December 2025. Multiple part-time opportunities are available for brand champions with customer service experience.
What You Will Do
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge. You will guide the customer journey from start to finish with a personalized selling approach and offer sensorinal experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome all levels of experience and look for people with excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can-do attitude. A high standard of personal grooming, a passion for luxury and commitment to our brand values are important. You should be able to work well in a team, be motivated to achieve store and personal KPIs, and have flexible working arrangements to suit business needs.
