Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $40,300 - $48,460 base salary plus $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving goals can lead to $100,000 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers — with autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at times and places that enhance personalized sales interactions. You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most.
How you get the job done:
* We’ll kick things off with paid training to set you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy
* You’ll meet with potential customers daily. AT&T will pre-schedule interactions, so you have the opportunity to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
* You’ll use strong negotiation and communication skills — you know how to make a smooth pivot and are highly motivated to close the sale

* Own the day-to-day field activities and manage time to maximize customer interactions
Qualifications
* Some prior sales experience — preferably in an environment with set targets
* Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use
* Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
* Employment is contingent upon a successful background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
