* Design of bespoke Control Panels from concept to completion
* Hands-on leadership, managing a small team of Engineers
* Opportunity for Chartership and Management training
* Work collaboratively with shopfloor and sales teams
* Relocation package available for the right person
* Salary bracket is for a Senior Design Engineer, with leadership / controls XP
Person specification
* Electrical Design Engineer with experience designing Control Panels or similar
* Some leadership skills, or the traits to step up into this type of position
* Commutable distance and happy to be in the office - this role is not Hybrid
