Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
1. Assist with pre-construction process including cost plans
2. Working closely with site management team and other Project Managers
3. Site inspections
4. Quality control
5. Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown
6. Building survey and analysis
7. Cost tracking reports

£55,000-£60,000 Depending on experience

Experience in JCT Contracts, in contract Valuations/Payment applications
Strong company values, ethics and team player
Membership of RICS, BIBA, AMP, CIOB etc an advantage
