Due to an increase in market share, were hiring a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Private Equity desk.
Responsibilities:
* Completing the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call through to salary negotiation
* Develop existing client relationships and actively business develop new relationships
* Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
* Network and build relationships with active and inactive candidates
* Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the market
* Become a champion in the market for Pearse Partners and the wider Pearse group
The successful consultant will have:
* Minimum 12 months recruitment or executive search experience
* Understanding of financial services market is advantageous
* Excellent written & verbal communication
