A leading global technology organisation is hiring Senior Java Engineers to work on large-scale digital platforms used by millions of people across the UK.
This is a hybrid-remote opportunity where youll work predominantly from home, with occasional travel to a client site in Telford (1-2 times per month, fully expensed).

Designing and building modern, scalable back-end applications using Java
Delivering features end-to-end within cross-functional Agile teams
Contributing to technical design and architecture decisions
Applying best practices such as TDD, BDD, and clean code
Mentoring engineers and raising technical standards

Strong experience with Java and Springboot, minimum 5 years
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of web security (OAuth2, JWT)
Accessibility and user-centred design experience
Collaborative engineering mindset
Experience in consulting, public sector services, or working at large organisations
