The Team & Focus of the Role

We’re recruiting for a Property Administrator to join our Rural Property Management team based from our Doncaster office. The team manages over 25,000 acres of agricultural land, numerous residential and commercial properties based in South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

This hands-on office-based role would suit you if you’re from a previous administration background and you’d like to have the ownership of your own workload. The role will include providing administrative support to our Estate Management team, including maintaining compliance records, mailshots, organising documents and invoicing.

Apart from background, we’ll be looking for excellent organisation and relationship building skills between external contacts such as estate owners, tenants, suppliers and contractors, along with internal relationships with immediate colleagues and wider colleagues across the business.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with a minimum of 3 days per week. We are flexible to discuss working hours/days, so long as you can attend our Doncaster office on a Tuesday every week. We also offer a hybrid working policy.

In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

Duties will include:

* Assisting the team with general administration tasks.

* Maintaining compliance records and inputting onto various property and compliance management systems.

* Being a point of contact and directly reporting to our clients’ portfolios.

* Arranging planned and ad hoc maintenance of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

* Preparing property inspection mailshots and updating systems accordingly.

* Invoice processing and data input.

* Document management including downloading and saving files and documents sent by third parties and transferring of files.

The successful candidate will have...

* Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

* Be versatile and able to tackle a variety of different tasks.

* Experience or be open to learning compliance & property management systems such as Vantify.

* Competent in the use of Word, Excel, Sharepoint and MS Teams.

* High attention to detail.

* The ability to build and maintain positive & proactive relationships with clients & internal stakeholders .
