Job Overview
As our Revelyst Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing, selling to, developing, and servicing the account base nationally in the United Kingdom for the brands Bell Powersports, Fox Racing, and Camelbak.
This position reports to the UK and Ireland Country Manager, Robert Robinson, and requires 4 days per week on the road visiting your allocated accounts, with one day working from home.
Responsibilities include:
* Optimizing sales and service of Bell Powersports, Fox Racing, and Camelbak accounts through outbound selling.
* Maximizing sales of all products with a goal-oriented approach within assigned regions.
* Selling via customer visits, email, and phone, including “Pre Book” and “At-Once” business.
* Driving revenue and adoption of current campaigns.
* Maintaining relationships with accounts and internal teams.
* Keeping the manager informed and collaborating to resolve issues.
* Developing product knowledge and identifying opportunities based on inventory and regional needs.
* Enhancing sell-in and sell-through with seasonal merchandising presentations.
* Participating in sales meetings and providing feedback to the UK Country Manager.
Qualifications:
* At least three years of experience in retail, Inside Sales/Customer Service, or Field Sales.
* Essential: Powersports industry experience.
* Preferred: Familiarity with Powersports products, industry trends.
* Skills in creating and delivering dealer presentations.
* Ability to analyze financial data and influence decisions.
* High level of customer service experience.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
* Strong negotiation and influence skills.
* Results-driven with a proven track record.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
* Understanding of sales processes and policies.
* Experience collaborating with various business partners.
* Problem-solving skills and creativity.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.
* Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
