We currently have an excellent opportunity for a SeniorService Advisor to join our well-established dealership at Vertu Union Motor Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of the UK’s leading motor retail groups.
We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience, along with a competitive benefits package.
About the Role
As a Senio Service Advisor, you will play a key role within the dealership, acting as the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop.
This is a customer-focused position where you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every stage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
* Keeping customers updated throughout the service or repair process
* Building long-term, trusted customer relationships
* Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
* Following up to ensure customer satisfaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A professional, confident and customer-focused approach
* Must have strong keyloop knowledge
