* Manage and inspire a small, high-performing team
* Deliver global storytelling with local execution—ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
* Drive product launches, events, and innovative marketing activations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, advocacy, and NPD
* Track performance and refine strategies to elevate brand presence and market impact
What we’re looking for:
️ 3–5 years of marketing experience within spirits, ideally having worked for a whisky brand
️ Strong project management and campaign execution skills
️ Hands-on experience in digital, brand and trade marketing
️ A team player who thrives in a SME/ entrepreneurial environment
️ Deep knowledge of the premium spirits world
You’ll be working across a portfolio of globally distributed premium brands, with major releases planned in the next 12 months, including new distillery openings and brand launches.
