Job Description
* Bringing innovative and exciting outdoor garden products to the market within multi-national and cross-functional Global Product Management team.
* Managing end-to-end new product development process from market and user analysis through creating ideas, product strategy, defining product requirements, user testing and launch to the market.
* Managing product lifecycle activities including daily management of existing product portfolio and project management.
* Planning and co-ordination of launch and promotional communication activities in collaboration with our global and regional brand management experts
* Supporting Project Team resolving and escalating impediments.
* Communicating to stakeholders to reach product development targets.
Qualifications
* 5-7 years’ experience in product development/ management with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experience within consumer goods product with strong focus on a user.
* Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle from a product management perspective.
* Planning and project management skills.
* Understanding of market trends, experience in market research and competitor benchmarking.
* Be able to demonstrate initiative, ownership, creativity, passion, and problem-solving skills in your career to date.
* Exceptional communication skills.
