Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate community and volunteering programs aligned with the firm's global engagement strategy
2. Serve as a key liaison and first point of contact for stakeholders and managing those relationships
3. Support the team with planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
4. Own all logistics: scheduling, internal comms, materials, reporting and feedback
5. Analyse data and provide insights to improve programs
6. Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution of high-impact campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
7. Experience in a junior program or project coordination role (ideally within a corporate setting)
8. Exposure to corporate company culture and internal stakeholder dynamics
9. Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and leading sessions
10. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
11. Strong communication skills — engaging, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
The Details:
12. -month full-time temporary assignment with real potential to extend or a potential to transition to a long-term role if you impress - plus many opportunities within the firm
13. 5 days a week in office
