Working in the Productivity team within Service Productivity you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic chain wide initiatives and projects
1. Identify and address opportunities to make business improvements across Asda's Front End
2. Ensure that projects and initiatives land right first time and within agreed timelines
3. Escalate risks and issues and check we have plans in place to manage them
4. Responsible for stakeholder management and engagement
5. Ensure that all store communication material is engaging, relevant, and easy to understand
6. Create and maintain reporting for all areas of Front End, identifying trends and opportunities in the data
7. Use available customer and transaction data to answer business questions, applying retail knowledge to advise on the best cause of action
8. Creation of robust business cases with a focus on growth and operational efficiencies

9. Project Co-ordinator/Retail leadership experience essential
10. Knowledge and understanding of Retail, ability to adapt and pivot on business priorities
11. Strong organisational skills, engaging and proactive
12. Effective stakeholder management
13. Confident communicator
14. Ability to present data findings in clear and understandable format to wider stakeholders, assisting in making data-led business decisions
